Dan Healy (Bsc (Hons) Const Mgt, Dip Const Econ, ICIOB, MIEI) is the Managing Director of the Company and is very much hands on in the running of the business. He has a First Class Honours degree together with a Distinction in Construction Economics. He is a member of Chartered Institute Of Building and Engineers Ireland. He has over fifteen years' experience in engineering and construction working on residential and commercial projects in Ireland and overseas.
Dan's residential experience includes everything from simple house extensions, the construction of one off houses to the completion of housing estates. He has built, snagged and inspected houses and knows every pitfall and shortcut in the business.
Dan has worked with top tier construction companies on commercial projects from €100,000 to €500 million. He has a vast amount of experience in all aspects of construction from civil engineering involving large concrete and steel structures to 5 star hotel finishes.
Dan's experience and expertise are invaluable assets in providing reassurance and guidance to those making costly investments in purchasing, constructing or altering properties.
